Rice Ramano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. diced pimento
    1 qt. rice
    2 1/2 qt. chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute peppers and onions in broth until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
