Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 unbeaten egg
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
    garlic salt
    soft butter
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Combine with next 7 ingredients. Add flour, a little at a time, beating after each addition.
    Make a stiff dough.
    Cover and let rise, in a warm place, until doubled.
    Stir down and place in well-greased loaf pan.
    Sprinkle liberally with garlic salt.
    Let rise again and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, until golden brown.
    Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
