Broccoli With Mustard Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches broccoli (about 3 lb. total)
    salt
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Trim broccoli and cut into spears.
    Cook broccoli in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Drain. In the hot pot, melt butter over low heat.
    Put mustard in a small bowl; gradually pour in butter, stirring constantly to combine. Pour over broccoli and serve; or toss first to coat.
    Serves about 8.
