Chewy Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. quick oats
1 c. nuts
1 egg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease baking sheet.
Combine Crisco, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla.
Mix on medium speed until well blended.
Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, oats, raisins and nuts. Mix.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
