Frosted Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts or 1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, eggs, pumpkin and oil.
    Add flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and nuts or coconut.
    Bake in well-greased and floured 10 x 15-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour.
    Frost with cream cheese icing when cool.
