Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pears
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    2 apples
    2 bananas
    1/2 c. cherries
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Pears should be undrained.
    Frozen strawberries, thawed and undrained.
    Apples sliced a cubit.
    Bananas, sliced.
    Refrigerate about 5 to 6 hours.
    If you use about 1/2 of vanilla pudding, it is better.
    Try it both ways if you like.
