Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 eggs
1 c. chopped, pared apples
Preparation

Beat all ingredients, except apple, with whisk or hand beater until smooth.
Stir in apple.
Pour scant 1/4 cup butter onto hot griddle for each pancake (grease griddle if necessary).
Cook until pancakes are dry around edges.
Turn.
Cook until brown. Makes about 14 pancakes.
