Moist Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes (any number desired)
    water
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.
    Slice potato in middle (like you are going to cut potato in half, but don't).
    Wrap in aluminum foil.
    Arrange in an iron skillet or baking dish.
    Put about 1-inch of water in dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender when pricked with a fork.
