Microwave Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation

Crumble beef into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with mushrooms and onion.
Microwave on High for 7 or 8 minutes, stirring twice.
Stir in next 5 ingredients with 1 cup water; mix well.
Microwave covered on High for 7 minutes; stir once.
Stir in buttermilk and parsley flakes.
Microwave covered for 2 or 3 minutes or until hot.
Yields 4 servings.
