Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. milk (cold)
    2 eggs
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine corn meal, salt and fat.
    Stir in boiling water; beat well.
    Add milk and eggs; stir.
    Add baking powder.
    Turn into greased casserole.
    Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
