Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. celery
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. oleo
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 lb. seafood
2 Tbsp. pimentos
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Saute the first 6 ingredients.
Add the flour, milk, seafood and pimentos.
May add can of water chestnuts if desired.
Top with 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
Bake or broil until hot.
