Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    If you want to prepare as cupcakes, bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
    I enjoy using cupcake papers - freezes well.
