Sugarless Banana Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. water
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat mashed bananas and margarine or butter. Add eggs; beat well.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
Add to banana mixture alternately with water.
Beat well after each addition.
Stir in walnuts.
Spoon into a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool.
