Country Chicken Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Swanson clear chicken broth
    1/2 c. uncooked long-grain rice
    1 (15 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
    2 (5 oz.) cans Swanson chunk white chicken, undrained
    1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley or 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan, combine broth and rice.
    Over medium heat, bring to a boil.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Add mixed vegetables, chicken and parsley.
    Heat through, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 4.
