Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine sugar and flour; stir in reserved pineapple juice.
Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well.
Spoon mixture into greased 1-quart casserole.
Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs, stirring well; sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
This is very good.
(Goes well with a ham dinner.)
