Peanut Butter Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. unbleached flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. brown sugar, lightly packed
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking powder, salt and peanuts.
In another bowl, blend egg and peanut butter; stir in buttermilk.
Quickly add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Spoon batter into greased pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until tester comes out clean.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
Remove to rack.
Cool completely.
