Ingredients

1 pkg. crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with white cream filling
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. nondairy frozen whipped cream
6 oz. French vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 stick butter, softened
Preparation

Crush the cookies.
Mix butter (softened), cream cheese (softened), sugar, milk and pudding.
Layer mixture and cookies in large bowl.
Chill 2 to 3 hours.
