Elegant And Easy Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin (total of about 1 1/2 lbs., usually 2 in a package)
spicy brown mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
3/4 c. Dale's marinade
3 small cans pineapple juice
Preparation

Coat tenderloins with mustard.
Place in large ziploc bag. Add garlic, Dale's marinade and pineapple juice.
Marinate all day or overnight.
Bake at 450\u00b0 in foil lined pan 25 to 30 minutes or grill until internal temperature is 160\u00b0.
Let the meat rest 5 minutes before slicing.
