Pea And Almond Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. peas, fresh or frozen
6 oz. can smoked almonds
3 green onions, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry
Preparation

If using fresh peas, shell and blanch for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender yet firm.
Drain and cool.
Combine peas, almonds and green onions.
Combine mayonnaise and curry; pour over peas and almonds.
Toss well.
