Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1/4 c. butter
1 chopped onion
1 c. fresh breadcrumbs
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
mayonnaise
Preparation

Melt butter; cook onion until yellow.
Mix in bread crumbs. Add crab that you have picked of extra shells.
Add eggs, slightly beaten.
Add parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and ginger.
Mix together, using enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients in patties.
Dust with crumbs.
Refrigerate patties for 30 minutes. Fry.
