Sauteed Salmon Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 salmon fillets
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. grated ginger
    1 scallion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except salmon.
    Pour mixture over salmon in shallow glass pan.
    Marinate 1 hour.
    Preheat nonstick skillet; remove fillets from marinade and saute 5 minutes on each side.
    Remove to warm platter.
    Bring remaining marinade to a boil; pour over fillets and serve.
    Serves 4.
