Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. persimmon pulp
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cloves (ground)
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients, persimmon pulp and eggs.
Mix with electric mixer; stir in melted butter and add vanilla.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes.
