Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large tart apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
    1 pastry lined 9-inch pie pan
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Peel and cut apples into thick slices. Arrange slices in overlapping rows in pastry lined pie pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in butter until crumbly.
    Spoon over apples.
    Spread sour cream over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until apples are tender.
