Steak Pizziola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 large red pepper
    oil
    1 can crushed tomtaoes
    1 can Del Monte sauce
    salt
    pepper
    parsley
    2 club steaks
    1 large can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Saute the onion and red pepper, cut up, in a little oil.
    Add the tomatoes, sauce, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Add the steaks. Cover; simmer for 45 minutes.
    Add the mushrooms; simmer 5 more minutes.
