Ingredients

5 lb. ground meat
1/2 oz. quick salt (Morton Tender Quick)
3 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. marjoram
2 tsp. Accent
1 oz. liquid smoke
1 oz. water
1 oz. vinegar
Preparation

Mix meat with spices and roll between waxed paper, about 1/4-inch thick.
Put on cookie sheets.
Mix liquids together and brush on meat.
Place on oven rack and bake for 3 to 4 hours at lowest setting with oven door cracked open.
To brush liquid on top meat, take wax paper off top side.
