Overnight Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites (room temperature)
    pinch of salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
    1 tsp. peppermint flavoring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites with salt until they form peaks.
    Gradually add sugar by teaspoon, beating constantly, until 2/3 cup is used.
    Add flavoring and chocolate morsels.
    Drop in small amounts on foil lined cookie sheet.
    Put in oven and turn oven off; leave overnight.
