Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    diced chicken (use 4 large breasts)
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    1 large red apple
    poppy seed dressing
    about 1/2 bottle or to taste
    3 to 4 stalks celery
    1 c. pecans
    1 small bunch green grapes, cut in half
Preparation
    Cook chicken (in crock-pot).
    Let cool completely.
    Dice and chop chicken.
    Dice and cut everything else.
    Put in large bowl, add salad dressing and mix.
    Refrigerate.
    Good if made the day before.
