Herbed Roast Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. minced marjoram
    1 tsp. minced thyme
    1 tsp. minced rosemary
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 (6 lb.) leg of lamb
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. dry white wine
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Crush garlic
    with salt and pepper; mix with olive oil. Spread on\tlamb.
    Sprinkle lamb with marjoram, thyme, rosemary and flour. Pour
    wine
    and
    water
    in roasting pan with lamb. Roast at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours, basting frequently.
