Honey Baked Black-Eyed Peas(Slow Cook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. black-eyed peas (dried)
    6 slices bacon, diced
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. chopped preserved ginger or 1 tsp. powdered
    3/4 c. honey
Preparation
    Cover peas with water and cook on low overnight.
    Fry bacon until crisp; discard fat.
    Combine all ingredients in cooker. Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
