Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. half and half
    2 c. peeled, diced red potatoes, cooked
    2 c. diced, cooked ham
    1/2 c. cooked English peas
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
Preparation
    Combine cheese and half and half in a medium saucepan.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat; stir in potato and remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
