Butternut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    4 eggs
    2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. butternut and vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream Crisco, sugar and eggs for 1 minute at high speed.
    Add 1 cup flour (which as been sifted with self-rising).
    Beat for 1 minute, then add the other 2 cups of flour alternately with milk. Add flavoring and pour into tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
