Lemon Fluff Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
4 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cream butter at medium speed; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Add lemon rind and lemon juice; beat until smooth.
Yield:
2 cups.
