Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. green scallion tops, chopped fine
    10 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form into any shape on a lined platter. Cover and chill 4 hours.
    Serve with assorted veggies or crackers.
