Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 (28 oz.) whole tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown rice lightly in oil in a 10-inch skillet.
    Add onion and green pepper, saute until onion is transparent.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Simmer, covered, over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes.
