Sauerkraut Polish Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. spareribs or pork bones
1/4 c. barley (optional)
1 large can sauerkraut, rinsed well with cold water
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 small onion
salt and pepper
Preparation

Boil meat for 1/2 hour and then add all ingredients. Let cook for 2 to 3 hours.
The longer it cooks, the better it tastes.
