Molded Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. water, divided
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    12 thin slices cucumber
    3/4 c. thinly sliced radishes
    1/4 finely shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Mix gelatine, sugar and salt thoroughly in saucepan.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Place over low heat and stir until gelatine is dissolved.
    Remove from heat and stir in remaining 3/4 cup water and lemon juice.
