Jellied Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box raspberry gelatin
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Let cool in refrigerator until consistency of egg whites.
    Add fruits and celery.
    Stir well. Pour in pan or molds.
    Refrigerate 4 to 5 hours.
