Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Crisco
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 well-beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix together the Crisco, flour, sugar and baking powder like for pie crust.
Save 3/4 cup for top of cake.
Add to reserved pie crust mixture the cinnamon.
Add to the rest well beaten eggs and milk.
Beat well and pour into greased pan.
Add topping to this and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
