Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 small onion
    1 1/4 c. rice (instant)
    1 egg
    1 big can tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients all together, except tomato juice.
    Form into medium size balls.
    Bring tomato juice to a boil in a large pan. Add meatballs and boil 5 to 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
