Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Tropical fruit salad, drained
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
    3 large bananas, sliced
    1 vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
Preparation
    Cook pudding according to directions using fruit juice for liquid.
    Completely cool.
    Add fruit and chill for several hours or overnight.
