Pecan Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    confectioners sugar for top
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Stir in water and vanilla.
    Then stir in nuts and flour.
    Chill 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
    Form in thin long logs and form into crescents 2 to 3-inches long.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Do not brown. When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
