9 Day Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage, grated
2 onions
2 green peppers
2 stalks celery (not leaves)
1 c. oil
1 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Grate cabbage, onions, celery and peppers.
Heat oil, vinegar, salt and sugar.
Bring to boil and add to cabbage.
Let set until cool and refrigerate.
