Veggie Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion
    1 green and red pepper
    2 stalks celery
    1 zucchini
    3 tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small can water
    2 to 3 bacon strips
    1 wiener
    2 handfuls instant rice
Preparation
    Fry bacon strips; drain.
    Put onion, peppers, celery, zucchini and tomatoes in grease and saute until tender.
    Add tomato sauce, water, wiener, crumbled bacon and rice.
    Put lid on and simmer for 20 minutes.
