Cheese And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. broccoli, chopped and cooked
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. diced celery (optional)
    1/2 c. diced onion (optional)
Preparation
    Melt Velveeta cheese,
    mushroom
    soup
    and milk.
    Layer broccoli and rice
    in buttered casserole.
    Pour cheese mixture over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, until brown on top.
