Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. celery
2 small onions, diced fine
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. blanched almonds
crushed potato chips
Preparation
-
Mix first 8 ingredients well.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes. The last 5 minutes of baking, cover top lightly with crushed potato chips.
This should be mixed the day before and let set overnight.
