Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small top sirloin steak
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small can mushrooms (do not drain)
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cut sirloin into small strips and brown in 1 tablespoon oil. Slice onion. Add to meat. Simmer about 5 minutes to let onions cook. Add all ingredients to meat and onions except the sour cream. Simmer until almost done. Add the sour cream, but do not bring to a boil (it will curdle). Simmer a few minutes and serve over noodles or rice.
