Refrigerator Bread Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    5 to 6 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 beaten eggs or egg substitutes
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    When mixture becomes lukewarm, add yeast, then add eggs.
    Mix well.
    Place dough in loaf pans; let rise until it doubles.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown and when tapped on top a hollow sound will result.
    Any extra dough may be stored in refrigerator for up to one week.
