Soup (For Chapah) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. meat (beef or chicken)
3 tomatoes
salt to taste
cooking oil (to test)
1 medium onion (red best)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 c. water (optional, depending on hot thick you want)
4 potatoes
Preparation

Fry onion in oil until golden brown.
Add meat, cook until almost done and add peeled potatoes.
Cook until almost ready and then add tomatoes.
After tomatoes are ready, add water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 1/2 hour or until cooked or soup looks thick.
