Chicken In Vermouth - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 lb.) fryer
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. dry vermouth
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
Preparation

Cut up chicken; wash and dry.
Rub with garlic, salt, pepper and paprika.
Put salad oil in roasting pan or casserole.
Add chicken and dot with butter; add vermouth.
Baste frequently in 325\u00b0 oven.
Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
