Apple Nut Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. diced peeled apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Beat eggs in small bowl.
Gradually beat in sugar and vanilla. Fold in flour mixed with baking powder.
Fold in apples and nuts.
